CARBON STEEL WELDMENTS
Our Bread and Butter
Hamilton Steel Fab has over 150 years combined experience welding and fabricating carbon steel. We are familiar with all structural metals, including A36, A514, AR400-500, and Manganese alloys.
STAINLESS STEEL WELDMENTS
Food Grade and Structural
While stainless steel only accounts for about 30% of our business, we are well versed in managing the problems associated with manufacturing stainless steels. We work with the Austenitic alloys such as 304, and 316, as well as heat treatable alloys like 420 stainless steel. We can passivate and remove weld discoloration in house.
WATERJET CUTTING
Cutting Without Heat Affected Zones
While waterjet cutting is considered one of the slower shape cutting processes, it proves to be very useful for precision shape cutting with tolerances tighter than .005" Material is often kept much flatter when cutting with a waterjet compared to a laser as well, especially parts with a lot of internal features.

Multiple Brake Presses with a wide arrange of tooling enables us to form most metals up to 1/4" thick and up to 12 feet long

At Hamilton Steel Fab we manage our own in house CAD department. This enables us to generate flat layouts for your sheet metal parts with remarkable accuracy. Take the guesswork out and just leave it to us.

Whether your project will fit in a vise, or weighs 10,000 lbs and will take up the whole table Hamilton Steel Fab has the tools needed to get the job done. Multi Axis Machining and 3D surfacing are within our capabilities.

Maintaining a Solidworks Subscription enables us to stay at the cutting edge in 3d design. We can rush over to reverse engineer a part at your facility in order to minimize downtime, then turn around a new part in as little as 24 hours.
